Please read these terms carefully before booking any AC or refrigerator repair service with Bismillah Refrigerator and Electric Ltd. in Dhaka.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Bismillah Refrigerator and Electric Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual or entity (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) who uses our services, visits our website at acrepairservice.com.bd, or contacts us via phone, email, or any other channel.

Bismillah Refrigerator and Electric Ltd. has been providing professional AC repair, air conditioner installation, refrigerator repair, and appliance servicing across Dhaka City since 2018. These Terms exist to protect both you as a customer and us as your service provider.

Your continued use of our website or services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

✅ These Terms apply to all services provided by Bismillah Refrigerator and Electric Ltd., including but not limited to AC repair, AC servicing, AC gas refill, AC installation, refrigerator repair, fridge gas refill, fridge compressor repair, and related electrical appliance services.

Booking & Scheduling Policy

Customers may book services through any of the following channels:

Service Hours

We are open every day of the week, including Fridays and public holidays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight). Emergency service availability may vary based on technician availability and location within Dhaka.

Appointment Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a verbal or written confirmation from our team. We aim to provide same-day or next-day service for all bookings within our Dhaka service areas.

📍 We currently serve the following areas in Dhaka: Mirpur, Dhanmondi, Uttara, Gulshan, Mohammadpur, Banani, Bashundhara, Motijheel, Badda, Khilkhet, and Khilgaon.

Pricing & Service Charges

All prices quoted by Bismillah Refrigerator and Electric Ltd. are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We believe in honest, transparent pricing — there are no hidden charges.

How Pricing Works

  • A technician visit fee may apply depending on the nature of the service.
  • Final pricing is provided after on-site diagnosis and before any work begins.
  • You have the right to decline the service after the diagnosis without obligation, unless a call-out/visit fee applies.
  • Parts costs (if required) are separate from labor charges and will be clearly communicated.
  • Emergency or after-hours service may carry an additional surcharge.

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash payment at the time of service. For larger repair jobs, a partial advance may be requested.

Warranty Policy

Bismillah Refrigerator and Electric Ltd. stands behind the quality of its work. We offer service warranties as described below.

Labor Warranty

We provide a warranty on the repair work performed by our technicians. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period due to workmanship, we will revisit and fix it at no additional labor charge.

Parts Warranty

Parts supplied and installed by us carry a warranty as provided by the respective manufacturer or supplier. We only use quality-sourced components for all appliance repairs.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by the customer or third parties after service completion
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Damage due to power surges, electrical fluctuations, or natural events
  • Appliances that have been tampered with after our service
  • Normal wear and tear of components
  • Issues arising from improper use or neglect

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance, fault description, and location.
  • Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the appliance and the premises on the scheduled date.
  • Ensure that someone responsible (18 years or older) is present at the premises during the service visit.
  • Disconnect appliances from power supply if advised to do so before the technician arrives.
  • Inform our technician of any known hazards at the property (gas leaks, structural issues, etc.).
  • Not interfere with or attempt to repair the appliance yourself after booking, as this may invalidate the diagnosis.
  • Treat our technicians with respect and professionalism.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in an incomplete service visit or additional charges.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Customer Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time by calling 01949074658.
  • We request a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid any inconvenience.
  • If a technician has already been dispatched to your location and you cancel without notice, a reasonable visit/travel fee may be applied.

Company Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in cases of technician unavailability, safety concerns, or force majeure events.
  • In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the earliest available alternative slot.

No-Show Policy

If a customer is unavailable at the agreed time and has not informed us in advance, the appointment may be marked as a no-show. We will attempt to contact you before leaving. Repeat no-shows may affect future booking priority.

Limitation of Liability

Bismillah Refrigerator and Electric Ltd. takes every precaution to deliver safe, high-quality services. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Bangladesh, we clarify the following:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage in the appliance that were not disclosed or visible at the time of the service.
  • We are not responsible for consequential losses such as spoiled food due to refrigerator breakdown or loss of comfort due to AC failure during the repair period.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by factors outside our control (power surges, flooding, etc.) during or after the service.

Our technicians are trained professionals. Any property damage directly caused by demonstrable technician negligence will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you believe this applies.

When you book a service with us or use our website, we collect basic personal information such as your name, phone number, address, and service details. This information is used solely to deliver our services and improve your experience.

Code of Conduct

We hold our technicians and our customers to a standard of mutual respect and professionalism.

Our Technicians Will:

  • Arrive in identifiable uniform and carry a company ID
  • Clearly explain the diagnosis and proposed solution before beginning work
  • Keep your property clean and leave the work area tidy
  • Never pressure you into unnecessary repairs
  • Respect your privacy and personal space

Customers Are Expected To:

  • Maintain respectful communication with our team
  • Not engage in verbal or physical harassment of our staff
  • Not ask technicians to perform services outside the agreed scope without prior discussion

We reserve the right to withdraw service and decline future bookings from customers who engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our team members.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all customer concerns quickly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with our service, please follow these steps:

  1. Step 1 – Contact Us Directly: Raise your concern with us by calling 01949074658 or emailing [email protected]. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
  2. Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If your concern is not resolved within 7 business days, you may submit a formal written complaint via email with all relevant details.
  3. Step 3 – Mediation: For unresolved disputes, both parties agree to pursue good-faith negotiation or mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

We value every customer relationship and make every effort to reach a fair resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Changes to These Terms

Bismillah Refrigerator and Electric Ltd. reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Your continued use of our services or website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version, please discontinue use of our services and contact us for clarification.
